In the Drug Abuse Disorder and Mental Health Counseling, we follow strict guidelines of 100% confidentiality. We only release information to the people, companies, or organizations that our patients have requested for us to share. Patients must request we share their information in writing. Most notably our patients might request sharing with family members, insurance companies, and government agencies. We already coordinate with their primary care medical doctor and specialists.
It’s important for all of us to do our part in keeping our personal information private. If you see something that looks like we’ve been hacked, please let us know immediately.
