How can we help you?

We’re here for you. You are our mission.

Both of us need to understand that you are the key to your recovery.  There’s no magic pill that will make it all better. You must have commitment to your treatment program, hope of achieving the future you want, and a focus on living in the moment that you have control over.

To be the change you want to be depends on you. We can help; we just can’t do it for you.

We can help you understand that you matter; you are important.

We will listen to you for both of us to better understand your story – where you’re coming from. What happened to you?

We’ll develop a treatment program together that fits you and your lifestyle. We want a program that you can master and commit to. You are in the driver’s seat with real options and choices customized to your needs. Now is the time that you can learn from your setbacks and not let them define you — but rather figure out how to manage the time and place that triggered your setback.

We can help you define the person you want to be.

You will discover why the disease is causing you to hold back, keeping you in your comfort zone of anxiety, dependence, and fear of failure.

Together we can discover your strengths and figure out how to use them as building blocks to the future you. To build your future, we’ll help you set short, medium, and long-term goals. We’ll even help you decide on rewards you can enjoy when you meet these goals.

We can help you find the tools and practices to cope with everyday triggers.

No longer will you have to live in the shame of addiction and mental illness. You’ll understand you’re no different than a heart patient or a person with diabetes – all of you have a lifestyle disease. Your past has not been one of choices — your past life has been dictated by your brain disease.

Learned coping skills will help you manage the stressful triggers that have defeated your future self in the past.

We will help you connect back to family and a support community that will help you thrive in developing into the person you want to be – a person you can be proud of.

You’re not in this alone. We’re here for you.

Remember recovery is a process. The only event happens on the day you decide to take back your life. Let us help you regain your life. Give us a call at 316-295-4800.
