Freedom from Smoking

The American Lung Association’s Freedom from Smoking program is a proven way to quit smoking—and stay quit—even if you’ve tried before and went back to smoking.

 Quitter’s Circle

The Quitter’s Circle is an online community to help people quit smoking. It was created and currently funded by the American Lung Association and Pfizer. You can find them on Facebook @QuittersCircle also.

We highly recommend you check out both these programs when you decide you want to quit. You can mix and match their different support materials to use the ones that fit you best.
