Thanks for contacting us. We will be in touch with you shortly.

First, let me congratulate you on having the courage to reach out for help. I never did back then and wish I had.

Today I regularly offer thanks up to all the people who guided me on my road to recovery. I now understand that I overcame my chemically induced brain disease because I accepted their help.

Your future can be a great place to live. Mine is. I wake up every day with an “Attitude of Gratitude” that I was able to escape the lifestyle and drugs that had me trapped.

I firmly believe what New York Times bestselling author, Gail Sheehy, believes which is…
“If we don’t change, we don’t grow. If we don’t grow, we aren’t really living.”

I ask that you stay patient with yourself and remember that change is a process and not an event.
It’s never too late to change. I think my life is an example of that, as well as the statement — the sooner we get help, the better.

I also believe that you don’t have to reach the bottom to get help.
You would not do that if you had a heart disease or diabetes? You’d get help. So, let’s not let this brain disease be the exception.

I have come to know that the first step is the greatest — and reaching out is the first step.

Take care. We’ll be contacting you soon.
